Stella was raised in a Christian home and began her personal relationship with Christ at the early age of 7. During her lifelong journey with the Lord He has blessed her with many experiences which have caused her to cling to Him, to trust Him and to serve Him.
Stella married her high school sweetheart and has two children and one precious grandchild.
One of her greatest joys in life is serving the Lord and others in the ministry role of secretary. She has worked for five years in a church office and then began working for the Jefferson Baptist Association 19 years ago!
Stella has attended many BSAM conferences over the years and looks forward to serving the Lord as President of BSAM.
She teaches Sunday School, participates in weekly Bible study with a group of friends, serves on the Executive Board of the Missouri Baptist Convention, and in her spare time enjoys playing with her grandson, reading, cross stitching, and shopping.
II. President Elect: Judy Braden

Judy and her husband Steve have been married since 1987. They have two adult children: son Casey and daughter Courtney. Judy was born and raised in Kansas City and is a graduate of Park Hill High School. A lifelong resident, she and Steve raised their children in Kansas City and at Tower View.
In early 2001, Judy and Steve, along with their children, asked Christ in to their life as a family during a home visit from a good friend and former Tower View pastor. While Casey and Courtney continued their journey by being baptized on Easter Sunday 2001 and attending Tower View regularly, Judy and Steve did not join them in the journey until April of 2004. It was then that they fulfilled a promise to their children and to Christ by being baptized at Tower View. Over the last 12 years, they have both enjoyed serving in various ministries at TVBC where Steve became a Deacon in 2014.
Judy retired from working in the secular business community in December, 2014 after 28 years in leadership with a prominent communications company. In February, 2015, God led her to serve as the Office Manager for Tower View.

This is Kathy’s second year to serve on the BSAM board. She looks forward to attending the BSAM conference each year. “The BSAM conference is very uplifting. It’s a time of encouragement and spiritual uplifting each secretary should experience.”
Kathy is a member and serves as assistant secretary at First Baptist Church in Odessa. She became a member in the fall of 1997 after attending for several years. After joining, the church decided they wanted to hire a person to work 10 hours a month to pay bills and do finance reports. She started her new position the following January. Gradually as the church grew, so has the position, working into full-time.
Kathy and her husband, Bill, just finished celebrating 24 years of marriage this past June. They have been blessed with two boys, Jeffery who attends State Fair Community College in Sedalia, and Greg who is attending State Tech at Linn. She volunteers with AWANA and in the church nursery. Outside of church, Kathy keeps on the go with her husband who is the FFA Advisor at Odessa.

This is Linda’s third year serving as Program Vice President for BSAM. She is honored to serve and looks forward to filling out her position.
Linda was born and raised in Maysville, MO. The family attended First Baptist Church of Maysville where Linda accepted Christ and was baptized at age 7. Linda moved to Tipton, MO in June 1985.
Linda has been a member of First Baptist Church Tipton for 16 years and their Ministry Assistant for the past 15 years. She also serves as Prayer Coordinator, Accounting Committee member, Preschool/Kindergarten Sunday School Teacher, and Choir Member. While Linda loves her position at FBCT, she loves being a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother most of all! She adores her 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, playing games and doing puzzles.
One of Linda’s favorite Bible verses is: “And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.” -1 Corinthians 13:13 (NIV)

Cyndee is currently serving as Administrative and Financial Secretary to McCarthy Baptist Church. She previously served as Financial Assistant to the St. Joseph Baptist Association for eight years. She has served on the BSAM Executive Board as Historian/Media (2012-2015). She studied Psychology and Counseling at Liberty University.
Cyndee came to know the Lord at an early age while her father was serving in the A.F. on the island of Guam. She is currently a member of Faith United Baptist Church where her husband is currently serving as Pastor.
She enjoys reading, learning, sewing and traveling in her spare time.

Linda attended her first BSAM conference with a friend. It was a great encouragement during a difficult time. “It is my prayer that you will be encouraged and refreshed through all things BSAM.”
Linda is a member of the Rayville Calvary Baptist Church though she is seldom able to attend. She travels with her husband, Director of Missions Jerry Palmer, to different churches in the association each Sunday. But occasionally she slips in to “her church” for worship and fellowship. She currently serves the Heartland Baptist Association as Ministry Assistant.
Hobbies and Interests include the Institute of Historic and Educational Arts, reading Christian suspense (such as Dee Henderson’s books), and fiber arts like Hardanger Embroidery, Spanish Blackwork, spinning, knitting, Sprang, and Lucet braiding.
